Kant Philosopher Routledge

Immanuel Kant - Immanuel Kant (April 22, 1724 – February 12, 1804), was a German philosopher and scientist (astrophysics, mathematics, geography, anthropology) from Königsberg (Kaliningrad) in East Prussia. Kant is often considered one of the greatest and most influential thinkers of modern Europe and the last major philosopher of the Enlightenment. Despite this influence, it was a subject of some debate amongst 20th century philosophers exactly how to interpret this doctrine, which Kant first describes in his Critique of Pure Reason.
